  • Hold a valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Provide valid contact and payment information
  • Meet any additional qualification requirements as determined by DriveHub

3. Vehicle Reservations

  • DriveHub will contact you within 24 hours to confirm pickup details
  • Vehicle availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice
  • DriveHub reserves the right to cancel any reservation and issue a full refund at its discretion

4. Rental Terms & Responsibilities

By renting a vehicle from DriveHub, you agree to:

  • Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
  • Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition it was received
  • Be responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period
  • Report any accidents, damage, or theft to DriveHub immediately
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the rental period

You are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear during your rental period.

6. Fleet Owner Program

Participants in the DriveHub fleet owner program agree to separate terms outlined at the time of enrollment. Fleet owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicles meet all local safety and registration requirements. DriveHub acts as a management intermediary and does not guarantee specific earnings or vehicle utilization rates.

7. Parking Services

DriveHub provides secured parking facilities on a space-available basis. Parking reservations are confirmed via email after submission. DriveHub takes reasonable precautions to secure vehicles but is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of personal property left in parked vehicles. Parking availability and rates are subject to change.

8. Auto Services

Service requests submitted through our website are not guaranteed appointments until confirmed by a DriveHub representative. Pricing for auto services is provided at the time of appointment confirmation. DriveHub is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions discovered during service.

9. Membership

DriveHub membership is offered as a benefits program. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Membership does not guarantee vehicle availability and does not constitute a contractual right to any specific vehicle or service. DriveHub reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership program at any time.

10. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize DriveHub to charge the amount displayed at checkout. DriveHub does not store credit card information. Disputed charges must be reported to us within 30 days of the transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveHub ATL and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or vehicles. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reservation or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
